Need to know the Right Person/Place to Approach

I am a debtor to most of the UAE Banks through availing Credit Cards and I would like to get relieved from this big burden. My salary does not help me to repay even the minimum monthly dues. I am a very honest person and clear off my debts. I need a valuable and helping suggestion to be peaceful. I am aged 53 now and working in a construction company. Government Related Assistance

I am an Indian from chennai. I worked here in Karama for 1 year 10 months. My sponsor stopped me from the job and he gave absconding complaint against me so i complained in labour court. But they gave me one year ban because my sponsor dont want to take back the absconding complaint and he also complained against me in bur dubai police station. They gave the case to dubai court. They have fined me AED 1000/-. I want to remove the ban and work here please anybody can help me in my case
